I would think you would have to get the PC software suite and purchase a new update subscription  from Mainland China or a Geographic region that supports Chinese Cars but make sure it supports your language, so ask questions

 Hi, when you first get your DS708 the Chinese software isn't included, but when you update your software for the first time, they will be included in the update.

The Chinese cars are not included in international version. If you want to add Chinese cars, please consult with support@autel.com to check whether it can be added or not. It is only available for some regions.
